Transfer music files from PC to device

You can transfer music from your PC to your mobile device easily with the Transfer application.

1. Open the main window of Nokia PC Suite and select Transfer music application.
2. Nokia Music Manage opens. Select Scan PC for music files to add the music on your PC to the library.
3. Choose the folder containing your music files, and select Start Scan.
4. Once the scan is complete, select OK to continue.
5. Select one or more music tracks to be transferred to your device.
6. Select Copy to start transferring the selected files to your device.
7. Depending on the format of selected files, the program may ask you whether you want to convert the file(s) into a format optimised for your device. Select Yes to accept.
8. The bottom of the window displays conversion and transfer status, as well as information of how much space you have on your device.
9. You need to update the music library of your device after the transfer. For more information, see your device manual.
