Presence

  • Traffic lights show the current status of each contact; this is automatically generated based on Microsoft Outlook® Calendar information and user activity. Users can modify their own presence status.

Instant messaging

  • Begin an instant message directly from the contact list. Conversations with one or many contacts can coexist in one session and multiple sessions can run simultaneously for greater flexibility.

Contact list

  • All contacts, available contacts and recent contacts are indicated to the user. This enables instant messaging, emails or cellular calls to be made directly from the contacts in your company directory – a listing that also shows presence status. The search function supports partial names and best effort matching for quick contacts searching.
