Finding a route from A to B has never been easier. With Nokia Maps you can easily plan a route to your destination. Simply indicate your starting point, and your destination, and Nokia Maps will plot your course with easy-to-read directional arrows.

Next, you can choose to travel by car or on foot, the shortest or the fastest route, and you can also choose to allow or avoid motorways, tunnels, ferries, and toll roads. To choose routing settings, select Options > Settings.

Once you have set a starting point and destination, and selected your settings, you can show your route. Each stage of your route, each turn and the distance between them, are listed on the Itinerary tab and you can even choose to view a simulation of the route.

From here Nokia Maps gives you the option to purchase voice-guided navigation, an extra service with turn-by-turn visual and voice guidance. To start navigation, select Options > Start navigation. See more details about voice-guided navigation.
