Always switch off the device and disconnect the charger before removing the battery.

Use the right kind of memory card

Use only compatible MultimediaCards (MMC), Reduced Size MultiMediaCards, SD cards, microSD cards, or miniSD cards approved by Nokia for use with this device.

Hot swap memory cards

You can insert and remove a memory card when the Internet Tablet is switched on (hot swap feature), if the memory card is not being used by an application.

Stylus possibilities

The stylus enables various advanced user interactions. Drag and drop, focus and activate, multi-select, etc. See "Device control" in the chapter "Your device" in your User Guide to learn about all the possibilities available.

Opening applications

You can also open applications by opening files, for example in the File manager. Tap the file name and press to open it. When you close an application or switch to another application, the device saves the data that you have entered in the application.

Select all

To select all items in a list, press the menu key and select Edit > Select > Mark all.

Learn shortcuts

The integrated keyboard allows you to use global keyboard shortcuts, as well as shortcuts for application specific tasks. For example, to copy selected content, press [Ctrl]+[C]; and to close the currently open application, press [Ctrl]+[Q].
